Springhill Cottage provides the perfect location for a family holiday or group of friends. Painted wooden floors give the house a light and airy feel. It has been tastefully decorated to a high standard. Springhill Cottage sleeps 6 very comfortably, is private and ideally suited to enjoy a peaceful holiday and with WIFI you can still stay connected to the hustle and bustle if you need to be.
Lounge: A comfortable lounge with river views which features a wood burning stove for those romantic nights in. WIFI, Tv & DVD, iPod docks, PlayStation 2 and games and a selection of DVD's/toys.
Kitchen/Diner: No expense has been spared in the large kitchen/diner, a large range, stylish fridge freezer and quirky Belfast sink and mixer is all the most temperamental chef could ask for. Electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bathroom: A family bathroom with roll top bath, w/c and hand basin.
An original stain glass window gives light and interest as you move upstairs where there are three bedrooms. All rooms having views over the river and village.
Bedroom 1: A king size master with en-suite shower and w/c. Two bedside tables, chest of drawers and feature fireplace.
Bedroom 2: A bright double bedroom with river/village views. Two bed side tables.
Bedroom 3: A colourful twin bedroom - ideal for children. Toys, books, chest of drawers and bed side table.
W/c: A second washroom with w/c and hand basin is accessed from the hallway.
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE- A private secluded garden which gives the little ones a safe secure space to play where they can be supervised from the kitchen and lounge or from the gardens best feature - the raised deck with good views of the river.
PARKING- No Private Parking available. Parking is available from the St Saviours and Quay car parks. Weekly tickets can be purchased for both car parks for £25.00.
CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday- Arrival 4pm Departure 10am
SECURITY DEPOSIT- £150.00 refundable security deposit is payable with balance payment on all lets.
POWER AND HEATING- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price. Heating by night convector heaters. There is also a wood burner stove in the lounge.

BEDDING AND TOWELS- Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Short breaks can be available and flexible changeover days out of school holiday periods.
Cot/travel cot & high chair available.
