This contemporary apartment is in the heart of Fowey Town Centre, just a few meters from the quay, shops and restaurants. The amenities of the quaint and historical town of Fowey are just a stone's throw away. The pretty narrow streets are lined with whitewashed cottages, a great family run butchers and deli, a artisan bakery and a countless array of boutique shops, galleries displaying the work of local artists, independent restaurants and homely pubs everything is on hand right outside the door.
From the Town Quay you can jump on a steamboat river trip, hire a historic 1940's boat for a gentle picnic ride or relax at one of the waterfront cafes and pubs watching the yachts and other river craft. A little ferry runs frequently to the fishing village of Polruan across the water, or travel by small ferry to the pretty village of Mevagissey a pretty coastal boat trip.
Further afield the Eden Project, Charlestown (one of the filming locations for Poldark) and The Lost Gardens of Heligan as well as countless beaches and costal walks are all within quick and easy reach.
Guests may while away the hours on the Quay just steps away watching the yachts racing in the harbour in the evenings, the little crafts milling around on the river and the occasional supersize passenger liner that visit Fowey from foreign shores.
Quayside Apartment is in the heart of the town and next to the Quay and so will have associated noises from seagulls, church bells etc. It is possible to pull up outside Quayside briefly to load and unload.
A perfect place for a business trip or for couples wanting space and privacy as an alternative to a hotel room and is also suitable for small families.

Please be aware that this property is over 3 floors so there are 3 sets of stairs. This would not be suitable if mobility is a problem and although it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the living area is on the more compact side, being open plan with the kitchen.
Entrance: The accommodation consists of a long entrance hall having ideal storage space for outdoor wear/walking boots.
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: The dining area easily seats 6 and the open-plan kitchen and living area has views over the town whilst the sitting area has a flat screen smart TV, WIFI is also available included in the price. Fridge (small freezer compartment), washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob/oven and microwave.
Bedroom 1: A large double bedroom with en-suite. Bed side tables, wardrobe and dressing table. Shower, w/c and hand basin.
Bathroom: Family bathroom with separate shower, w/c, heated towel rails and hand basin.
Bedroom 2: Another large double bedroom with two bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom ideal for children.
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE- Sadly no outside space. However, you are within paces from the beach and town Quay
PARKING- No Private Parking available. There is room outside the cottage to park for loading, however you cannot leave your vehicle there for any period. The nearest car park is located on Hanson Drive.
