This charming cottage over three floors perched conveniently on Quay Hill in an excellent position just on the edge of the beautiful Fowey harbour. There are extensive views over the estuary across to Fowey. Easy access for the beach and ferry across to Fowey and for the village amenities, just a few paces to the tea rooms, two pubs and village shops.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR-
Bedroom 1: A king size 5' double bedroom with en suite shower room, panel heater, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets with reading lights, wardrobe. A feature spiral staircase leads to the kitchen/dining room above. There is a stable door which can be used for access if preferred.
Kitchen/Diner: A new fitted kitchen with built in eye level double oven and ceramic hob. It is well equipped with a feature fire place including an electric fire, dishwasher, washing machine and dining table to seat 4. The door opens into East Street from the kitchen.
Up the stairs from the kitchen leads to the lounge with a feature fireplace, panel heater, new 3 and 2 seater sofas and smart TV. Having impressive views across the quay to Fowey, looking down onto the ferry steps, so you never need to miss the ferry again! From the lounge there is a wc with hand basin.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has two 3' single beds, a chest of drawers and bed side lights. The access to this room is via a small low arched doorway ideally better suited to children but some adults may find it small but cosy. Because of the stair access we do not consider the property to be suitable for young children.
OUTSIDE SPACE- Although there is no outside space with Quay View Cottage, the Coal Wharf is just a number of paces away to the front of the cottage where there is seating and picnic tables arranged to enjoy the wonderful scenery and activities that the river has to offer.
PARKING- No Private Parking available. Parking is available from the St Saviours and Quay car parks. Weekly tickets can be purchased for both car parks for £25.00.
CHANGEOVER DAY: Friday- Arrival 4pm. Departure 10am.
Although out of the holiday periods any day will be considered, please just ask.

POWER AND HEATING- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price.
PET FRIENDLY- NO please note, pets are not accepted at this cottage.
BEDDING AND TOWELS- Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
