The entrance to Ivy Cottage is tucked away up in Chapel Lane Polruan, to the side of Albany House up slate steps to the front door. The tiny shared entrance gateway leads through to a surprisingly spacious, pet friendly converted 3 double bedroom cottage with magnificent views from the raised rear garden and deck area the prefect spot for a glass of wine, in the summer sun. Located a short distance from the pubs and beach, yet still high enough in the village to feel private.

Family Bathroom- Separate electric shower, Separate Bath, WC, hand basin with underfloor heating.
Open plan Lounge/ Diner/ Kitchen: The oak floored open plan living space with wood burner TV, DVD, WIFi, DAB Radio and BT WIFI. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, and built in fridge. (Washer/dryer located on the basement) Round dining table with seating for 4 guest, additional chairs are available around the cottage.
Bedroom 3- King bed (5') wardrobe, TV & stand, 2 bedside tables
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE- At the rear of Ivy Cottage, the garden is accessed via 24 steep stone steps, is a large elevated garden and patio area with wonderful views across the harbour to Fowey. The basement under the cottage accommodates a washing machine and has ample space for storage / drying of wetsuits etc. Please note the access to Ivy Cottage is via Chapel Lane which is a gentle slope, and there are about 9 slate steps up to the front door. Please take care in wet weather these can become slippery
PARKING- No Private Parking available. Parking is available from the St Saviours and Quay car parks around 500yds from the cottage. Weekly tickets can be purchased for both carparks for £25.00. A luggage drop off point is 100 yds.
CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday- Arrival 4pm Departure 10am

POWER AND HEATING- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price. Heating by night store heaters. Under floor heating in the bathroom. Wood burner in lounge.
PET FRIENDLY- YES, Up to two dogs accepted with prior permission. £25 per dog per booking.
BEDDING AND TOWELS- Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
NOTES- Sleeps 4-6, No smoking, No parking, there are a number of steps and slopes to the property. Inside and outside the property there are steep steps which may not be suitable for younger children or the elderly. WIFI available, Mobile reception varies depending on the service provider.
