Chapel House is a detached property with a secluded garden situated in an enviable position in the centre of the village, at the top of Chapel Lane which is near the local store and en route to the Hall Walk. Excellent coastal walks, local pubs providing good food and the Polruan Ferry are just minutes away.
Lounge: The sitting room is light and airy with an additional electric fire for those cooler Autumn evenings. Additional night storage heaters and new double-glazed windows have recently been added to Chapel House. TV, DVD and Wifi.
Conservatory: Adjoining the sitting room is the conservatory providing warm sunny facilities for relaxing, reading and dining with views across the river to Fowey and up the river as far as Bodinnick.
Kitchen/Diner: A very modern kitchen provides a convenient space for cooking, featuring a fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with views over the village.
Utility Room: Leading off from the kitchen, this includes a toilet, wash basin, washing machine and clothes airer. Having river views!
Bedroom 1: Main bedroom has a king size bed and glorious views of the harbour, the river and across to Fowey. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has both a double and a single bed for flexible accommodation; with views of the village and river. High level chest and additional drawers.
Bathroom: A superb bathroom with large bath and separate shower, w.c and hand basin. River views across to Fowey.
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE- Outside the conservatory is a small patio, ideal for a drink before the evening's activities. Also, a private garden on three levels.
PARKING- No Private Parking available. Parking is available from the St Saviours and Quay car parks. Weekly tickets can be purchased for both car parks for £25.00.
CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday- Arrival 4pm Departure 10am
Although out of the school holidays the changeover day can be flexible.

POWER AND HEATING- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price. Heating by night store heaters and fan heater in lounge.
PET FRIENDLY- YES. Accepted with prior permission. £25 per dog per booking.
BEDDING AND TOWELS- Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
The kitchen/dining room has been completely re-modelled over the winter. There is now a utility room leading off from the kitchen including toilet, wash basin, washing machine and clothes airer.
