Located on West Street and within yards of the quay, beach and the pubs, Anchor cottage occupies a peaceful, prime location with each level of the cottage offers good views of Fowey and the river estuary. The cottage offers accommodation over three floors. On the ground floor is a dining room and well-equipped kitchen with larder fridge/freezer, halogen ceramic hob and dishwasher. A door from the kitchen leads to the rear of the property and a lockable outhouse with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. The outhouse also provides ample cleaning and storage facilities for boating, hiking and fishing equipment. On the middle floor is a cosy lounge with stylist corner sofa Wi-Fi, TV, DVD and panoramic views of Fowey and the river estuary. There's also a family bathroom and the second bedroom with 5' 9" bunk beds, because of the bunk beds it is better suited for two adults and two children.
The top floor the master double bedroom, complete with en-suite WC and shower, and panoramic views of Fowey and the river estuary from the Velux windows.
Entrance Hall/ Dining Room- Dining table with seating for 4, feature electric fire, 2 reading chairs with additional space for walking gear storage.
Kitchen- Electric Hob & Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge/ Freezer.
Outbuilding/ Utility- (accessed via back kitchen door) Washing machine, tumble dryer and sink area. Extra storage for beach equipment.
Lounge- TV, DVD, WIFI, stylish corner sofa, with 2 additional bean bags if required.

Bedroom 1- Children's Bunk Room with (smaller singles), chest of draws and built in alcove for storage.
Bedroom 2- Double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers with mirror, hanging rail
En-suite Shower room - Electric shower, WC and hand basin
OUTSIDE SPACE - Small raised slated patio area, to the front of the cottage, with outside table and chairs for 2 people. Front door is accessed via 3 stone steps. The main front door is shared with the next-door cottage.
PARKING- No Private parking available. Parking is available, from the St Savours & Quay carpark around 500yds from the cottage. A weekly ticket can be purchased for £25.00. A luggage drop off point is 50 yds from the cottage.
PETS: YES, 2 small breed dogs accepted for £25 per week per dog.
