This property is ideally located at the end of the esplanade in the village of Fowey and is just a short walk from the town quay, pubs and restaurants. Ready Money Cove is also a short walk away with sandy beach and rock pools. Enjoy a trip to Polruan on the passenger ferry or travel to the village of Mevagissey on a small ferry, a pretty, coastal boat trip. Slightly further afield, some attractions worth a visit and fun for all the family are the Eden Project, Hangloose Adventures, Charlestown, one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. For the walkers amongst you there are countless beaches and coastal walks all within easy reach.

Leading up to the property is a small flight of stone steps. Stepping inside the front door you will find the spacious, bright and airy conservatory/entrance hall with space to drop off your coats and boots, here you will also find a table and chairs. Head through to the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, the ideal place to prepare a family meal or lazy breakfast. From here, go through to the lounge/diner, the perfect space to enjoy a meal around the dining table with seating for 8 or relax in the lounge area with comfortable seating and TV/DVD, where you can watch your favourite movie after a day of exploring. When you’re ready for a good night’s sleep head to one of the three bedrooms, a double, a bunk bedroom (suitable for children only) or the spacious super king bedroom with additional single bed, from this room you can also access the balcony. On the first floor there is  also a  separate WC and the  family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside through the super king bedroom to the large balcony with views across the river to Polruan with garden furniture available. There is a private parking space opposite the property for one car.

What a wonderful apartment! We had a lovely week and were very lucky with the weather too! There was everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the views amazing. We will be back

Admirals Reach is a lovely place to stay. As it has not been updated recently it has charm and character and feels very comfortable and homely. The best thing that Admirals View has to offer is the fantastic view from the front of the house. Damp and mold in most rooms. bunk beds desperately need new mattresses daughters felt the springs digging into them. As mentioned by other reviewers the location, the views, the balcony, the fact that there is a parking space and the comfortable bed make this a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely return. However, there were only two of us and although there is lots of space for 2 it would be cramped for 7 people. (Fine for 4-5). The best thing about this property is the view from the balcony and large downstairs window. Another plus is the parking space opposite the flat. The main bedroom is very good and has a very comfortable large bed. The property could do with some updating ,mainly the bathroom. The position is good for walking into Fowey and also Readymoney cove.

Location amazing , near to the beach and a lovely 10 min walk to main village. Apartment fine for a young family of 4 but not for 6-7 as advertised as back rooms small and dark. It's a little basic but generally clean. A great place to rest your heads, and in fine weather breakfast on the balcony is a must. As a family of 4 we would rebook.

Superb views even in a rainy mid-winter. That's its main plus point. Fairly spacious (apart from a small separate toilet and 3rd bedroom) and I would'nt recommend for 7 due to only having one bathroom. Comfortable although some furniture a little dated. But clean and reasonably well equipped, although couldn't get to grips with oven on the cooker -Read more everything a bit overcooked when following guidelines. Great location,poor quality of decor and furnishings;desperately needs a new bathroom,very depressing dark lounge ,poor quality light fittings,not good value for money compared to other properties at Catherines Court.Comfortable and clean with great views is best we can give it!!

The pictures in the listing really can't do the views from the balcony and the conservatory justice - it's truly stunning and really nice to have breakfast overlooking the views of the harbour. Would absolutely recommend!

The view from Admirals view, both from the balcony and from the ground floor with the huge windows, was spectacular and on the not-so-good weather days we sat and watched the world go by. Fowey was a great location to explore from, and a lovely picturesque town itself. Sadly we won't be returning, this was our second stay here. The owners sell this for the view alone, not for the cumfort of the guests. Bed was cumfy but lots of bits and pieces broken and worn out. A mysterious 'hump' in the floor, we put the dining chairs over it to stop us stumbling on it. Dirty upholstery in the lounge. Sorry owners but it needRead mores some love and TLC.
