The large central island has an inset ceramic hob, large drinks fridge with 4 bar stools for additional seating. Built-in electric double-oven and grill, coffee machine, dishwasher and sink. There is also a DAB radio, CD player. Around the corner there is a utility area with washing machine and separate dryer, the oil-fired boiler is also located in this area and doors leading to the back-patio area which overlooks national trust woodland.

Balcony- A covered glass fronted balcony leads out from the master bedroom suite, with wonderful views out to sea and down the coast beyond Fowey.
PARKING- YES, private parking is available on the gravel drive to the front of the house for 2/3cars. Additional roadside parking is also possible.

NOTES - Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. No Smoking, WIFI available, mobile reception varies depending on provider. Ground Floor double bedroom is easily accessed for older members of the family, an access statement is available if required.
