Lovely accommodation well furnished and equipped, internet speed good enough to stream films. The lane to the accommodation is tight and not well lit at night for about 50m and very steep, but we walked it at night with only a phone light without any problems. Cornwall is full of small hilly lanes so this should not be a shock to anyone. 100% recomRead moremended by us. Hide

The bungalow is perfect you could easily live there. It is comfortable and well equipped. The owners live on-site, they introduced themselves to us and then left us alone to enjoy our stay.

Skylarks is a very clean and comfortable bungalow. The access lane to it is narrow but only once did we encounter a vehicle coming in the opposite direction and they pulled into another driveway to let us pass. The location is central for discovering Cornwall. The owners were very welcoming and helpful.

Skylarks is in a fantastic location! Ok, the very narrow, steep lane up to the cottage was a little hair raising the first but the short walk down to Lostwithiel was fine! Great place for a nice relaxing holiday. Really good hosts. Close enough to anywhere you might want to drive to. There is even a rail station in the village that has regular trains. Would recommend this cottage and location

Outside space and view disappointing. Overlooked by the main house. Approach road very narrow. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Th cottage was ideal for a couple and was situated in a quiet location which we both really liked, and was close to the town centre. However it was located at the very top of a steep narrow road with 3 turns which may be off putting to some people. We didn't mind once we got used to it.
