This lovely family friendly cottage is located right in the heart of this charming and historic fishing village of Polruan, within 200 yards of the quay with two pubs to choose from, two cafes, the village shop and post office on the quay itself. Take the passenger ferry across to Fowey with further independent shops, places to eat and art galleries. Heading a little further afield and visit the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, or Cardinham Woods with its waymarked trails and miles of tracks and paths weaving through 650-acres of scenic woodland. The South West Coast Path is right on your door step which offers plenty of opportunities to blow away the cobwebs. Enter this charming 3-storey property into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer/dryer.  The dining area comfortably seats four for a lovely family meal or a few board games on a rainy day. The lounge area has a large L shaped sofa, a wood burner effect electric fire, TV/DVD, CD player and i-Pod dock. Heading up to the first floor there is a double bedroom which overlooks Fore Street  which runs down to the quay. Also on this floor you will find the bathroom, with shower over bath and WC. Then take the stairs to the second floor, where you will find the twin bedroom in the attic of the house. Please note this is accessed via steep attic stairs.

Due to the location there is no outside space for this property, however the cottage is close to the quay and beach. Parking is available in the public car park nearby, weekly passes can be purchased.

• Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.
• Many of the amenities, ferries and cottages in Polruan are accessed via steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.
• There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display carpark at the top of the village.
