Wroxham, the gateway to the truly stunning waterways of the Broads, just a short drive, where you can hire a day boat to explore the quiet waterways and villages. If it’s retail therapy or history you are looking for, then Norwich with its shopping centres, museums, cathedrals, castle and plenty of eateries is also within easy reach. Why not visit the splendid National Trust properties at Felbrigg and Bickling, which are both within easy reach. Other popular family attractions include Bewilderwood, The Dinosaur Adventure Park, Banham Zoo and Sandringham estate.

Approached via quiet country lanes this luxurious accommodation is located within the owner’s grounds, where privacy is assured, and has been lovingly converted with great attention to detail to offering a superb getaway. Guests will enter this stunning coach house into the dining area which has comfortable and stylish seating for up to four guests. The log burner can be seen through the dining room and the stylish lounge area, which has a comfy sofa and a TV should you wish to relax and watch your favourite show. The stylish and well-equipped kitchen area is located off from the dining area near the entrance, here you have an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms to choose from, firstly the king-size master bedroom with plenty of storage space, and the twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as king on request), so should you be a family or friends the beds can be arranged accordingly to suit your requirements. Finally, the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Heading outside of the property you will have use of your very own private garden area, surrounded by trees, where you can enjoy some al fresco dining on the table and chairs provided and have use of your very own, private hot tub in private surroundings. There are also shared facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool with changing room and shower, tennis court and snooker room which are located at the main Hall a short walk from the cottage.

Had a lovely week at the mews cottage. It is as good- if not better than the photos. Loved the hot tub and used it most days. The cottage is in an ideal location for days out on the broads and also for the coast. If we return to Norfolk would definitely consider staying here again

This Cottage has it all, set in a really peaceful location, ideal for those wanting to relax. We loved having the Hot tub and the use of the Swimming pool and Games room. The cottage was in lovely grounds in a quiet location. The facilities were excellent. The place was nicely decorated, the kitchen was well stocked. The use of the pool and games room were an added bonus and were easy to book. All in all a really nice place to stay, well located for travelling around Norfolk and the Broads.

Lovely location in among mature trees and so peaceful. The cottage is equipped with really good quality, modern fixtures and fittings. The log burner was wonderful for the cold evenings and there are plenty of radiators and hot water. The owner was really helpful in sorting out any queries and made us feel very welcome. This is an amazing house in an amazing location; super nice, highly furnished property with its own hot tub and having access to the pool, snooker room and tennis court in the main hall is fantastic, especially when there is only one other house you are sharing the facilities with. A beautiful cottage in a peaceful setting with all mod cons and very clean. Very comfortable accommodation. Great hot tub and swimming pool. Beautiful beaches nearby and really recommend a trip to Horsey Gap to see the seals - during the pupping and moulting seasons.

This is a lovely cottage in a lovely location. The cottage itself was great, very spacious, clean and modern. We had our own hot tub and use of the pool, which was also very nice. Susan was lovely and very welcoming. We would definitely stay again if coming to this part of the country. We highly recommend it!

This is a beautiful cottage in a great setting with loads of facilities to keep you occupied. The location is lovely, a short drive from either the sea or the Broads. It was spotless and beautifully furnished. Hosted with no hassle, we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location and beautiful property - a prime spot for exploring Norfolk, we only wish we had booked for longer! Fun to have the BBQ and Hot Tub + Swimming pool to use, in relative seclusion, and lovely to be able to bring the dog to such a luxurious cottage.

We all loved the cottage and its high spec facilities. It's location is lovely and Susan was so welcoming and helpful. We used the hot tub and swimming pool every day and even managed a couple of games of snooker and pool!! central to so many places, the weather was super kind and we visited three lovely beaches nearby, as well as a couple of long Read morewalks and hired a boat too!! Excellent facilities and the cottage was impeccable. The photographs do not represent how nice it is! The host was very welcoming and organisation of the shared facilities with the other cottage was very good. The only downside is that we would not describe the garden as being enclosed as suggested on the cottage description.

We hadnt great stay at this lovely cottage. Very well equipped and clean. Comfortable beds and lounge/dining furniture. We loved sitting outside or going in the hot tub which was a nice treat. The grounds and estate are beautiful and we enjoyed spending time playing tennis, swimming in the indoor pool and playing snooker. Very welcoming owner. The ancient fishing village of Polruan lies just across the river from the delightful civil parish of Fowey, a bustling picturesque town packed with quirky coastal shops, art galleries and restaurants. Surrounded by some of the region’s most enchanting countryside, this pair of Cornish cousins have a truly magical feel about them. Polruan, with its steep hill and charming cottages looking down over the pretty harbour, and Fowey with its timeless maritime charm, are linked together by the Fowey Estuary, a haven of colourful sailing and fishing boats dotted about on the water.

A short drive away are the nearby harbours of East and West Looe with their quayside restaurants, sandy beaches and wildlife boat trips.
