This property had everything we needed for 4 couples. Well equipped, spacious, character. There is a view from every room, either sea view or estuary view and the garden is a beautiful place to sit and relax watching the boats sailing in and out. The house had plenty of space in the large farmhouse style kitchen and 2 large lounges for us to spreaRead mored out. Polruan is not suitable (in my opinion) for those not coping with hills/steps and the roads are very narrow driving in and around. We used the bus service and ferries to get about once we had arrived and walking. A thoroughly enjoyable week in a lovely property. Highly recommend. Hide

Lovely weekend in Chapel Mead with five friends. Very comfortable and well equipped. Directions were excellent. Fabulous views across the estuary. Great for watching the rough seas. Would stay again. Thank you for the wine.

The house was ideal for us. We were a party of 9, 5 adult, 3 children and an infant. The equipment and space in the house was everything we needed. The views were amazing, and access to the village very good.
