Situated in the historic village of Polruan, this fabulous property is situated at the top of the village and enjoys stunning sea views and parking.

Ideal for families and couples looking to explore the Cornish coast, this wonderful property is located at the top of Polruan and boasts spectacular sea views. A short walk down into the village brings you to the harbour where you can take a trip over the river to Fowey on the passenger ferry and explore the shops and restaurants or take the small ferry to the village of Mevagissey. For walkers, there are plenty of coastal paths to choose from while beach lovers can take their pick of the many beaches close by along the Cornish coast. For a fun day out, there is a range of attractions worth a visit including The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Charlestown - one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark - and Hangloose Adventures.

Access to the property is through the side gate for the front door or through the gated path off the driveway. The stylish hallway has doors leading off to the kitchen, bedrooms and reception rooms. Bedroom one of three is a super king-size room with good storage, well decorated and overlooks the garden. The second bedroom is a king-size room with plenty of storage space overlooking the front of the property with wonderful sea views. The master bedroom with en-suite shower room has a king-size bed and also overlooks the front of the house and enjoys the glorious sea views. The reception room is a stylish open lounge with a wood burner, a Smart TV and lots of seating to snuggle up on and watch all your favourite programmes. The conservatory leads off of the lounge and has comfortable seating as well as a dining area to sit and enjoy your meals. You can also access the garden from here. Back out into the hallway to access the fully equipped kitchen with a double oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a large island and breakfast table where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a light snack before heading off for the day. From the hallway, you have the main bathroom which is a light bright bathroom with a shower over bath, WC and basin. Near the kitchen, you have the utility room which contains a washing machine, freezer, microwave and sink, a practical place to leave your muddy wellie boots after a hike around the Cornish coastal paths.

Outside you can enjoy the large enclosed garden with a patio area and lawn, great for alfresco dining or relaxing with your furry friends. There is private parking for three cars on the driveway.

  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Lovely property with everything you could want - pretty much a home from home except with the amazing sea views! Couldn't fault the property and location is beautiful - ideal for those who are fit and able as some amazing beaches to visit

Had an amazing time. Florette was amazing. Equipped with everything you could ask for. It was a home from home. A Christmas break away with the family and we all loved it. Would definitely visit again- I can feel a Summer break approaching already.

Lovely well positioned bungalow with great views of the coast. Would not recommend to anyone who has health issues as the steep hill could be a challenge if walking to and from the village and ferry. Very good information in the bungalow about history and location of Polruan and suggested coastal walks from the bungalow as well as ferry to Fowey. ARead more delight to visit this location. Hide

This is a beautifully equipped bungalow, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There are super sea views. It is at the top of a hill and the village amenities are at the bottom. Florette is a beautiful house and the views are to die for. The garden is fenced and great for a dog. The utility room is also a wonderful way to enter the house. Be prepared for a good steep walk down to the harbour and a steeper walk back up. We are sed a side path which went along the Coastal path which was a bit less steep than the main road. ERead morenjoy yourself it was wonderful. Ps if you book a delivery with Asda or Waitrose it saves you driving to Liskeard. Hide

It was a fantastic property. Home from home nothing missing at all. In fact it was more equipped than my own house ! A wonderful property, equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Just a shirt walk into polruan and the ferry to Fowey, with great walks along rhe coast to Polperro nearby. We had a great week and I would not hesitate to reccomend. Matt
