PARKING- No Private Parking available. Parking is available from the St Saviours and Quay car parks. Weekly tickets can be purchased for both car parks for £25.00.
CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday- Arrival 4pm Departure 10am
SECURITY DEPOSIT- Security deposit of £100.00 required on each let.
POWER AND HEATING- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price. Oil central heating and wood burner in lounge.
PET FRIENDLY- Sorry no pets/dogs allowed at the property.
BEDDING AND TOWELS- Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
