Over the winter period, due to start in September 2017 there is a possibility of some disruption due to renovation of neighbouring properties.
You are just 500 yards from the Quay, two pubs, the village shop, tea room and Post Office and of course the beach. It also has the great asset of being positioned right on the South West Coast path.
Entrance: The accommodation consists of a large entrance hall having ideal storage space for outdoor wear/walking boots.
Lounge/Diner/Kitchen: This spacious living accommodation is the hub of the house. Having windows placed along three sides of this room making it such a light and airy space leading to the well-equipped kitchen at one end where you can view the arriving and departing river craft, not a bad view from the kitchen sink! Two sofas sit at the other end of this room ideally positioned for you to continue enjoying the outstanding views and having access to the balcony area. For out of season comfort there is a wood burner in the lounge for additional warmth should you need it. TV, DVD, WIFI, electric double oven, microwave, dishwasher and dining table with seating for 6.
Bedroom 1: From the hall there is access to the first of the double-bedded rooms. Double bed with two bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
Bathroom 1: A modern bathroom with w/c, hand basin and bath with shower over.
Bedroom 2: A large master king size bedded room with views from both windows along the river to Bodinnick and Pont creek. Bed side tables, chest of drawers and desk.
Bedroom 3: A spacious twin bedroom, decorated for children but suitable for adults, the little ones (and big ones) will not want to leave.
Bathroom 2: A second bathroom with a separate shower, w/c and hand basin.
The basement is another area of useful space where you will find the washer/drier and a pool table suitable for the younger members of the family.
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE- A spacious glass fronted balcony with views of the river and out to sea. Small grassed area at the front of the property.

CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday- Arrival 4pm Departure 10am
Saturday changeover preferred in the school holidays, although can be a flexible changeover day during other periods.
