The Hollies is perfectly located for touring Cornwall, this detached, cosy listed building is tucked away just off the road in to the heart of Par. The Hollies is spacious, yet full of character and making it a home away from home as soon as you arrive, perfect for a family holiday or for friends taking a break together.A pub, a shop and a Post Office are all just a 8 minute walk away from the property, whilst a year-round dog-friendly beach is only an 10-12 minute walk away. If you'd rather leave your car at home while you explore the area, the mainline railway station is also just 15 minutes away on foot and good bus links are offered to all main attractions. Nearby, the magnificent Eden Project is definitely one to add to the activity list, the giant tropical and Mediterranean biospheres. To experience the unspoilt charm of Cornwall, pull on your walking boots and enjoy the many idyllic picnic spots found in its wild and wonderful coastline, or its beautiful, tranquil countryside.

1ST FLOOR-  

Bedroom 1: Double Bed (4'6'') with bed side table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. 

Bedroom 2: Double Bed (4'6'') with bed side tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.  

Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom (3') with one bed side table. Ideal for children. 

Bedroom 4: A nursery with cot and changing facilities. 

Snug: Ideal for teenagers with TV, DVD and Games Consoles.  

 

GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE- A huge enclosed garden ideal for children and dogs to run around and play in, as well as paved sitting area where you can enjoy a cheeky glass of wine after the kids are in bed or a family BBQ.  

 

PARKING- YES. Private parking. 

 

CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday- Arrival 4pm Departure 10am

POWER AND HEATING- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price. Central Heating. 

 

PET FRIENDLY- YES. One dog is accepted with prior permission. £25 per dog per booking.  

 

BEDDING AND TOWELS- Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
