Approach along St Saviours and park at the cottage where with care there is room for 2 cars, access is via a flight of steps which brings you to the entrance leading into a long-covered porch. This area is ideal for storing bikes, fishing rods and your muddy walking boots after a day exploring the coastal paths and leads into the cottage itself. Wifi access is available within the cottage along with an incoming telephone line so whether you wish to totally escape or still need to keep in touch with the rest of the world, do it all from this comfortable and appealing cottage. Rosebank is big enough to house the whole family, or a party of friends whilst remaining intimate for a couple and also allows a small dog so all the family can come!
Kitchen: The galley style kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any fish 'you may have caught?' and if not, has plenty of storage for food you have bought. Electric hob, Double oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Lounge/Diner: A very large, bright, open plan lounge and dining room, this area really is a treat, cosy enough to enjoy a romantic evening in front of the wood burner but large enough so the whole family can enjoy time together, lounging or dining. Dominating the room are the fantastic views across the garden and over the river, the entire frontage is glass giving the room a light airy feeling.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with en-suite and river views. Double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: A second double room with en-suite. Double bed, 2 bedside tables, and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: A twin bedded room with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bathroom: A family bathroom with bath and shower over, w/c and hand basin.
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE- Step through the double patio doors from the lounge out onto the terrace and garden where it is easy to imagine long evenings spent barbecuing in the warm evening sun, well we are on the 'sunny side' of the river!
PARKING- Parking is in front of the garage and is for two cars. Additional parking can be found in the main car park which is sign posted to the left as you come down Fore Street.
CHANGEOVER DAY: Friday - Arrival 4pm Departure 10am
SECURITY DEPOSIT- N/A
POWER AND HEATING- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price. Heating is by night storage heaters. There is also a wood burning stove in the lounge.
PET FRIENDLY- YES, accepted with prior permission. £25 per dog per booking.
BEDDING AND TOWELS- Bed linen is provided. Towels ARE NOT you will need to bring your own personal towels and beach towels. Towel sets are available to hire from us.
There are two put you up beds available, but you will be advised to bring your own bedding if they are required for the younger members of your party
