Kitchen: On the ground floor you enter the house into the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric oven.
Lounge/Diner: A large lounge/diner with a panoramic view of the river from three windows. To one end is the lounge area with an open fireplace and in in the centre of the room is a bay window with a door leading to a secluded decked patio area. A large refectory table and benches is the main dining space situated to take advantage of the serving hatch from the kitchen. From the lounge is a hidden staircase which leads to the twin bedroom on the lower ground.
Bedroom 1: A twin en-suite bedroom where the washing machine and tumble dryer are also found. Two single beds, bed side table, small chest of drawers. Walk in shower, w/c, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: A good sized double bedroom with a king-sized bed and full river view. Chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and hand basin.
Bedroom 3: A second double bedroom with a king-sized bed, built in wardrobes, hand basin and full river views.
Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom overlooking the small garden. Bed side table and chest of drawers.
Bathroom: A family bathroom with bath, w/c and hand basin.
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE- Doors from the lounge lead to a secluded decked patio area with river views. There is also a small garden at the back of the property through the twin bedroom on the 1st floor, which has access to West Street, via 8 steps.
PARKING-Sadly there is no private parking. Parking is available in the main car park which is sign posted to the left as you come down Fore Street. A small amount of parking may be available on the quay. Weekly tickets can be purchased at both car parks for £25.00

BEDDING AND TOWELS- Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

A discount is available out of school holiday periods for parties of 2 or 4 persons.
