The property forms part of Castle Cottage, a lovely late 18th Century villa close to the water, making all the village amenities and the village quayside easily reachable. Accessed via approximately 20 slate steps it is spacious and comfortably furnished, there are views of the Fowey River from both reception rooms and the terrace.
Leo's is a very desirable property with facilities that make it as attractive for sailors, walkers or other outdoors enthusiasts as for those who just want to relax in comfort.
Bedroom 1 - A double bedroom with en suite shower room and separate toilet. Two bed side tables and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2- A twin bedded room, again with en suite shower room and separate toilet.
1ST FLOOR (Entry Level)-
Kitchen: A modern, well equipped kitchen with a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Dining room: A large dining room that easily seats six as well as a comfortable window seat with river views.
Lounge: A cozy separate sitting room with gas 'wood burner', TV, DVD and WIFI.
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE- A pretty patio garden that provides a generous outdoors dining and sitting area with river views.
PARKING- Leos Cottage has a garage for use but please note that the garage is away from Leo's and is accessed over an unmade private road where care with vehicles with low ground clearance is required.
CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday- Arrival 4pm Departure 10am - Although a Friday is possible out of the main holiday season. Short breaks will also be considered last minute or out of the school holidays.
SECURITY DEPOSIT- N/A
POWER AND HEATING- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price. Heating is by night storage radiators. There is also a gas fired wood burner in the lounge.
PET FRIENDLY- YES, one dog will be permitted by prior arrangement only. £25 per dog per booking.
BEDDING AND TOWELS- Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
