It is ideally located a very short walk to the beach, ferry and more importantly the Pubs!!

Entrance Hall- Extra storage space for beach equipment, muddy boots and more.
Open plan Kitchen, Dining room & Utility- As you enter the kitchen and dining area is on you left with the utility area on the right.
Kitchen/ Dining area- Solid fuel stove,(Lovingly named 'Percy' by the owners) Electric oven, ceramic hob, kettle and 4 slice toaster. Large dining table with seating for 4-6 people.
Utility area- Sink/ wash facilities, microwave, fridge, washer dryer with additional cupboard storage.
WC- Small WC with hand basin.
Reading Room- with 2 seater sofa and 2 tub chairs, large decorative sail boat and shelves between the beams full of books. The stairs up to the 2nd floor are located in this room.
Main Lounge Area- with some river views. Woodburner, Smart TV, 3 seater sofa, 2 leather chairs, large coffee table, built in book shelves, chest with storage for board games and additional smaller coffee tables if required.
Family Bathroom- Bath with shower over, WC, hand basin, heating towel rail, wall mirror and build in cupboard for storage.
1st Bedroom - Master bedroom with River views, Double (4'6') 2 bedside tables, chest of draws, floor length mirror and 2 built in wardrobes
2nd Bedroom- Twin Bedroom with River Views, 2 single beds (3') 1 bedside table,
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE- Private patio area to the front of the property, with slate steps down to a further slate patio area. Either side of the steps there are large flower beds. (Do take care in wet conditions, patio are acan become slippy)
PARKING- No Private Parking available. Parking is available from the St Saviours and Quay car parks around 500/50 yards from the cottage. Weekly tickets can be purchased for both carparks for £25.00. A luggage drop off point is approx 50 yds.
CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday- Arrival 4pm Departure 10am although flexible out of the school holiday periods

POWER AND HEATING- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price. Heating by New Electric central heating system. Wood burner in lounge will be available from March/April 2018 A solid fuel fire is located in the kitchen.
PET FRIENDLY- YES, One dog accepted with prior permission. £25 per dog per booking.
BEDDING AND TOWELS- Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
NOTES- Sleeps 4- No smoking, highchair and cot available, No parking, there are a number of steps and slopes to the property. Outside the property there are a number a slate steps which may not be suitable for younger children or if unsteady on your feet. Mobile reception varies depending on the service provider.
