Gulls View is aptly named, perched in the middle of the village, just 50 yards from the main car park. It provides stunning views of the river in splendid comfort. The property has been lovingly refurbished to provide truly comfortable and stylish living spaces whilst keeping the charming character of the house and village.
Like many houses in the village Gulls View is 'upside down' featuring a comfortable open plan lounge and dining area on the top floor offering the very best of the views over the river. Having oil central heating it will be a warm and cosy holiday house for Autumn or Spring holidays. The South West Coastal path and pathway to the headland is just a short distance from Gulls View, likewise it is only a 5-minute walk for the two village pubs, quay, tea rooms and shop.
Lounge/Diner 1: A cosy lounge/diner with river glimpses. A dining table with seating for 4, TV and Wifi.
Kitchen/utility: A modern, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, electric oven and hob with a utility leading off.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with sliding wardrobes, chest of drawers and bed side tables.
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with bed side tables, wardrobe and hand basin.
Bedroom 3: A single bedroom that has an additional bed that can be used to allow the property to sleep 6 persons in total.
Bathroom: A family bathroom with bath and shower over, W/c and hand basin.
Lounge: A large open plan lounge and dining area on the top floor offering the very best of the views over the river.
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE- Outside, Gulls View features a landscaped garden to the front once again with river views. To the rear a sheltered patio provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining or to just enjoy the warm sunshine throughout the day. There is a second w/c which is situated outside.
PARKING-No private parking. Parking is available in the main car park which is sign posted to the left as you come down Fore Street. A small amount of parking may be available on the quay. Weekly tickets can be purchased at both car parks for £25.00.It is conveniently placed making it possible to pull up alongside either the front or back of the property for easy unloading of luggage.

POWER AND HEATING- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price. Oil central heating. Further instructions are available in the cottages Welcome Book.
PET FRIENDLY- YES, accepted with prior permission. £25 per dog per booking.
BEDDING AND TOWELS- Bed linen and towels are provided, and beds will be made up. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Outside of school holidays the changeover day can be flexible please ask at the time of booking.
