Lounge: Just off the dining area, through a character filled hallway you come to a cosy family lounge with large leather sofas, wood burner and to keep the children happy a wide screen TV with sky access and DVD player making it the perfect spot for those cold winter evenings.
3 Bedrooms: 3 good sized double bedrooms with bed linen and towels provided. All three bedrooms have glimpses of the river making it that much easier to get up in the morning.
Bathroom 2: Second family shower room with double shower, hand basin, W/C and heated mirror.
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE- There are three outside seating areas to choose from a rustic seating area with covered porch, the perfect space for storing bikes and muddy boots. Too the front of the house there is beautiful terrace and grassed area, a great spot for over looking the river with a glass of wine. There is also a small court yard to the back of the house which is known to be a sun trap! At the top of the stairs on the 1st floor you have access to a shared balcony area with panoramic sea views.
PARKING- Parking available just outside the front gate of the cottage.

POWER AND HEATING- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price. Oil central heating, ground floor kitchen and dining areas with under floor heating. There is a wood burner in the lounge.

BEDDING AND TOWELS- Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

There is an adjoining attic accommodation to the house who share the balcony and back access to the house.
