This charming attractive cottage is perched in an excellent position directly above the edge of the beautiful Fowey harbour. There are extensive views over the estuary across to Fowey. Access is along a cobbled pathway and down some steps tucked away down a little pathway looking towards the river.
Bedroom 1: A nautical themed twin bedroom with built in wardrobe space and hand basin.
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: The spacious ground floor open plan accommodation has lovely views over the estuary. The lounge area offers a Villager multi-fuel burner, WiFi, TV/DVD and a dining table with seating for 4. There is a very well-equipped kitchen including eye level cooker, hob and dishwasher and a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer.
Bedroom 2: The large comfortable main bedroom which runs the full depth of the cottage has windows at both ends with wonderful harbour views. King-size bed, bed side tables, built in wardrobe space, dressing table and small dining table with seating for 2.
Bathroom: A spacious family bathroom with a bath and separate shower, shaver point and wall mounted fan heater. W/c and hand basin.
GARDEN AND OUTSIDE SPACE- The utility room leads to a back door with small patio and outside seating.
PARKING- No Private Parking available. Parking is available from the St Saviours and Quay car parks. Weekly tickets can be purchased for both car parks for £25.00.
CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday- Arrival 4pm. Departure 10am.
Although out of the holiday periods any day will be considered, please just ask.

PET FRIENDLY- YES. Accepted with prior permission. £25 per dog per booking.
