Conservation Area with boathouse and small slipway giving direct access
to a sandy beach.
A large balcony provides a wonderful sitting and
eating area directly over the beach with spectacular panoramic views of Fowey
and the busy harbour, These views are enjoyed by all the principle rooms in the
cottage and one can sleep to the sounds of waves lapping on the beach below.
Short walk to two pubs, teashop, the village store, passenger ferry to Fowey,
and the South Cornwall Coastal Path. Waterwitch Cottage is within the Fowey
Harbour Wifi internet

Waterwitch is fully double glazed throughout.
Small
dinghies, canoes, sail boards, etc. may be stored in the boat house and
launched from the beach . The small slipway can be used around high
tide.
A dog is allowed by prior arrangement. Due
to the open aspect of the balcony railings, regretfully no children under
7 years of age.
