Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and sparkling new bathroom with quality fittings and an over bath shower. To the rear of the property there is a good sized south facing patio with table and chairs. There is also a new outside utility room with fridge freezer, washing machine / dryer. Unloading directly outside with the possibility of good value private local parking arrangement (ask when booking). Can be let with Slate Cottage next door to provide accommodation for up to eight. Sleeps 4, one double AND
one 4ft double. One dog by prior
