Street with a garden leading to the waterside where there is a
frappe suitable for small dinghies.

plan dining room and lounge area.

spectacular views across the harbour to Fowey with sliding doors
giving access to the decked balcony. There is a Wood
burner in the open plan lounge / dining area plus full central
heating.

the lounge / diner can be found a king en-suite, double en-suite,
twin bedroom and further bathroom arranged around an inner hall with

The king and twin bedrooms both
have spectacular harbour views.
Lawn & Harbour
Access: You are welcome to
use the steps at the side of Seacroft down to the lawn and to the
water. You can leave a small dinghy tied to either the steps (beware
of the large tide) or to the running mooring. Seacroft shares the lawn with the apartment
below and we would urge you to please respect the privacy of the
occupants.
