	Upstairs there is a double bedroom with bed linen provided and made up for your arrival. Adjacent to the bedroom a delightful sitting area arranged with two armchairs to provide a comfortable reading, T.V. and river watching space including a bay window that overhangs the water.
One could almost be afloat!

Sleeps 2 - double bed. Bed linen inclusive. Kitchen/diner and bathroom on ground floor. T.V., fridge, microwave.
