kitchen/lounge/diner and main bedroom.
Like so many properties in Polruan Midships has reversed accommodation
with the twin room and bathroom being on the ground floor. The bathroom
has a new suite with bath and shower over. Upstairs to a new fitted well
equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area. Again, there is a lovely view
over the river to Fowey. Up to the third floor you will find the
deceptively spacious double bedroom.
Both bedrooms have a TV as well as the lounge.
This is a well equipped cottage suitable for a family there is a travel
cot and high chair at the cottage for your use.
 Sleeps
4 (1 double 1 twin), 3 TV's, DVD, washing machine, tumble dryer,
dishwasher, microwave, cot, highchair. WIFI. No dogs. Linen inclusive. FRI/FRI
or SAT/SAT changeover. Short breaks out of school holidays welcome.
