glazed back door. Upstairs there are two
pretty bedrooms, one of which enjoys an enchanting view of Polruan
harbour, across the water to Fowey and up to Bodinnick.
Beds are made up for your
arrival and off season the fire is usually laid ready to light. The pretty blue and white
bathroom, with bath towels provided, has an original cast iron bath with
over bath shower.
An attractive, level Cornish stone paved garden is an unusual feature
for a property low in the village and is a real advantage to Lilac
Cottage. A further advantage is to be able to get your car to the
property to load/unload.
