| Upstairs are 4 bedrooms including a double (king size) with raised floor to take advantage of the view, 2 twin rooms and triple room with a cabin bed and a twin. There are 2 W.Cs, a jacuzzi style bath and shower. |

The location of the property is excellent, being
within a few paces of the National Trust coast path and the lovely grassy
headland looking 45 miles westwards to the lizard. Outside is a good sized garden with outdoor furniture. |
