Located on West Street and within yards of the quay, beach and the pubs,
Anchor cottage occupies a prime location giving all main rooms panoramic
views of Fowey and the river estuary.
Newly re-decorated, re-equipped and re-carpeted for this season the
cottage offers the following accommodation over three floors:-
On the ground floor a dining room and kitchen with larder
fridge/freezer,
halogen ceramic hob and dishwasher.
On the middle floor are two bedrooms, one double with a superb
view, one with 5'9" bunk beds, and a bathroom with W.C.
The converted loft has a sitting room with TV/DVD and a shower room with W.C.
To the rear of the property is a lockable outhouse with a sink providing
cleaning and storage facilities for boating, hiking and fishing equipment. A washing machine and tumble dryer are
also available in
an outbuilding at the rear of the cottage.
Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. Heating by wall mounted electric
heaters. T.V., DVD, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Electricity by £1 coin meter. No pets.
Bed linen available to hire. No
