36 West Street is a large
family home spread over three floors with a second lounge on the top
floor to take advantage of the wonderful views across the harbour to
Fowey.
On the ground floor the original Victorian tiled
hall leads past the front "parlour" to a modern fitted kitchen and spacious
dining area.
The double bedroom is on the first floor together
with a twin room.
The top floor has a second lounge looking out
across the harbour plus a second twin bedded room .
There are two bathrooms; one with shower and WC
and the second with bath and WC
To the rear of the property there is an elevated
garden and patio BBQ area with views across the rooftops towards the harbour to
Fowey beyond.
Please note that the access to this garden is via several steep
flights of steps - but well worth the effort if care is taken.
SAT/SAT Sleeps 6 in double plus two single
rooms,
Bed Linen included. Real fire in lower lounge. Dishwasher. Travel
