As is common in Polruan 'Tinkers' is an 'upside down house' recently refurbished for a family of 4 over 3 floors with the lounge at the top making the most of the stunning river views.

Conveniently situated to take advantage of all the village amenities 'Tinkers Revel' is very much in the centre of village life, only a few, short level paces from the beach, pub & shop.

You enter the cottage to find yourself in a snug parlour with comfy seating, electric fire in the hearth and entrance to the bathroom, uncommonly spacious the bathroom is fully tiled, with modern fittings and also houses the washing machine, ideal for quickly turning around those beach towels!

Head upstairs to find the main bedroom spacious and bright. On the same floor with ingenious use of space a bunk room for the children means that the little ones are never too far away.

Dominating the 3rd floor is the lounge, a large living area well furnished with the unique selling point of the wonder full view of the river and quayside. The lounge is equipped with T.V, DVD for entertainment and is the perfect place to loose yourself in a book, take in the view and relax.

Opposite the lounge the kitchen is a warm colourful place to dine and prepare some of the superb local produce, well equipped and with garden views from the windows.
