Just 3 steps from fore street and the hub of the village takes you into Sea house. This cottage has been well renovated and decorated in a clean, uncluttered minimalist style.

Ground floor accommodation includes a double bedroom with modern pine bed along with a bunkroom for 2 children & separate cloakroom with WC. Take the stairs to the 1st floor to find the very stylish and extremely spacious bathroom featuring a bath & separate shower, along with the washing machine thoughtfully hidden away. This floor also has the 2nd double bedroom and stairs to the top floor.

The main living spaces are on this floor which consists of a large open plan area with original stripped flooring combining a raised kitchen with dining area and lounge with vaulted ceilings. An open plan design combining kitchen & seating allows very social meal times so whilst preparing your own caught fish? The poor chef will not be left out!

From the lounge enjoy views of the river whilst relaxing on the contemporary furnishings. Having the wood burner stove in the lounge area creates great character and comfort during the cooler months.

Good views can also be enjoyed from the bathroom and 1st floor double room. Wifi is connected so you can still keep in touch of your emails if really necessary!
