A combination of old and modern has been achieved in this lovely little property, which has stunning views over the Fowey estuary. There is a large balcony for alfresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee with a good book and the view.

Although quite small, the kitchen, dining room and lounge offer ample space for 4 people. The new kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Both dining room and lounge have river views, which are particularly good from the spacious balcony, just off the lounge.

Upstairs is a double bedroom and a twin both with river views, and a passageway running between the two, off which is the new bathroom, with bath and separate shower.

The property also comes with a garden, balcony and frappe, making it an ideal holiday choice.

Salts is only minutes away from local amenities, the quay and the beach. Parking is available either on the quay or at the main car park.

Because of the open water access sorry it is not suitable for young children.
