From the first time you approach the cottage you get the feeling you are going somewhere special. Approached via a path from Fore street the cottage is tucked away giving you a secluded and private feeling. Enter the cottage and find the kitchen well equipped with a view of the river & access to outside. The kitchen, as with all the rooms has great character and display's the quirky, fun attention to detail with which the whole cottage is presented.

The ground floor bathroom although compact again exudes a style that cannot help but put a smile on your face and includes WC, hand basin and shower cubical.

Climb the stairs to the dining area which also has some soft seating along with views & access to the garden & patio. 3 further steps up will bring you to the lounge a very cosy room with river views and open fire * creating the perfect atmosphere for lazy days & maximizing “relaxation” time. The lounge is equipped with T.V, DVD player and a good selection of books for you to curl up with.

* bookings between October and April an additional £15.00 is payable for wood.

At the rear of the lounge a door leads to the bedroom, a bright airy room with a double bed, very comfortable with bed linen included.

Sleeps 2, 1 double room, TV. DVD, digital radio and CD player, washing machine, fridge, electric cooker, microwave. Outhouse utility room with tumble dryer. Night storage heating.  SAT – SAT no dogs, security deposit required. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL COTTAGES ARE NOW NON-SMOKING
