Chapel House is a detached three-storey building with a secluded garden. It is situated in the centre of the village, at the top of Chapel Lane which is near the local store and en route to the Hall Walk.

The bedrooms are on the first floor; the main bedroom has a king size bed and glorious views of the harbour. The second bedroom has both a double and a single bed for flexible accommodation; with views of the village and the river.

Downstairs is the sitting room, dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen has recently been renewed and now provides a modern convenient space for cooking. Our photograph shows an Aga range, visitors should note however that this is not in running order and will soon be removed from the property. 

The sitting room is light and airy with an open fire for those cooler Autumn evenings.

Adjoining the sitting room is the conservatory providing warm sunny facilities for relaxing, reading and dining with views across the river to Fowey.

Outside the conservatory is a small patio, ideal for a drink before the evening's activities.

Excellent coastal walks, local pubs providing good food and the Polruan Ferry are just minutes away.
