A charming very attractive cottage perched in an excellent position directly above the edge of the beautiful Fowey harbour. 
The cottage has extensive views over the estuary across to Fowey and has been completely re-furbished by the present owners.
The spacious ground floor open plan accommodation has lovely views on to the estuary. There is a very well equipped kitchen including eye level cooker, hob and  dishwasher.
The main bedroom and lounge bay windows offer a relaxing perspective of the ever changing picturesque scenes.
The large comfortable main bedroom which runs the full depth of the cottage has windows at both ends with wonderful views of the harbour.
The large bathroom has a separate shower, shaver point and wall mounted fan heater.
Cliff Cottage is very well insulated with double glazing and has ample storage heating, making it a cosy retreat in winter for the discerning visitor.
 
Sleeps 4, 2 bedrooms ( 5ft double, 1 twin). Bed linen inclusive. Dog accepted.
Villager multi-fuel burner. TV, DVD, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer. Wi-Fi
